It may be sort of spring but that is no excuse for summer gear. Yes the shops may be filling with summer styles but do not be tempted to wear those flip-flops and shorts until it is warm enough to get a tan. Now is the time for light jackets not sandals. Sunglasses may be excused but only if it is sunny.
