Spots can really be a confidence kicker. I get spots mostly around the mouth, which indicates something wrong in my diet. So whenever I see a couple cropping up I know that something needs to be boosted in my diet, or maybe just need to drink more water. When I do get them I will fight them till are dead and gone!

First I use the OXY Daily Face Wash, to scrub the skin, focusing on the area with spots. That removes dead skin, oil and apparently helps get rid of the bacteria that can cause spots. I make sure the scrub is suitable for sensitive skin as my skin gets irritated very easily.

Then I get out the TCP. With a cotton bud I put a dab of it on the end then gently rub it over the spots. You might want to dilute the TCP first as it may sting. Leave that to soak in.

Finally I splash my face with cold, pat my face dry and then put on a little bit of moisturizer.
