In my last post I spoke of how I try and stop spots, well apparently exercise is also good for your skin especially when it comes to acne. Exercise pumps oxygen to your skin and when you sweat your body gets rid of toxins. This can clear dirt from your pores. It goes without saying to shower after a good exercise.

The March 2010 issue of Men's Health says swimming is a good exercise because its the best at 'cutting your risk of death'. So my next exercise may be at the pool!!
